1. Three years of professional software development experience writing in:  C, C++, Python
2. Three years of demonstrated experience developing and testing kernel level software for Windows
3. Three years of Windows kernel level debugging and diagnostics using tools such as Windows DDK or WinDBG or equivalent
4. Three years of demonstrated in-depth experience developing, testing and debugging software for Windows OS using Visual Studio IDE and Windows SDK
5. Demonstrated in-depth understand of Windows Low Level Systems development and API
