• Integrate and extend servers into a VMware environment
• Assist customers manage day-to-day activities for server environment
• Manage firmware updates to increase reliability & availability of data
• Configure OpenManage Enterprise
• Recommend best practices for operating Dell servers in a VMware environment
• Document processes & procedures for operating Dell technology
• Update and monitor hardware to maintain health of your overall system.
