Sr. Kinaxis Business Process Consultant
Kansas City, MO · Information TechnologyAs a Kinaxis Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and testing Kinaxis integration with Greenfield S/4HANA. Identifying of integration points and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Designing continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience in Supply Planning with understanding of integration points. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for functional or business design decisions. Document Business Process Design.
Potential travel to client’s main site located in Kansas City (up to 50% during key milestones, up to 25% for rest of time). Initial travel required for badging. Note that travel is not reimbursable. This role is currently part of unsold work, and a Q Clearance may be needed.

Responsibilities
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Work with Kinaxis Architect to align functional or process changes to solution approach, and work with Kinaxis Developer to define the system changes required
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years experience in Kinaxis and Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning
- 3-5 years experience in Kinaxis Demand Planning
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Process Design Mapping and Analysis is desired
