Manage and lead large IT programs or a portfolio of programs with strong focus on Data & IT Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in end-to-end program management including regular interactions with senior customer stakeholders, collaborating with global teams, participating in business reviews and solutioning (technical and business problems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers, facilitate meetings, and ensure that products and services satisfy consumer
• Ensure the delivery of the highest level of operational service to clients by coordinating the activities of the service delivery team across all areas of services
• Perform numerous duties and responsibilities, such as service management, change control, and improvement in service, all to ensure continuous customer satisfaction, cost minimization, and profit maximization
• Receive customers’ complaints and inquiries and work towards proffering solutions to each of them
• Ensure efficient and effective IT operations daily
• Manage all IT related infrastructure and service delivery processes
• Ensure proper implementation of management plans and policies in rendering services to clients
• Assemble the IT service delivery team
• Receive complaints and inquiries from customers and promptly work towards providing a solution to the problems
• File periodic reports to top management on the performance of the team, customers’ complaints, and suggestions
• Integrate useful customers’ suggestions into delivery plans and policies
• Develop and maintain relationship with customers and potential customers
• Suggest appropriate technologies to be adopted to meet present and future demands of the business

• Education:  BS, Experience:  16+ Years, PhD 11+, MS 14+, HS 20+
