Act at the highest level as the true end-to-end technology interlock between the client and the organization on the largest, most complex projects. Work together with the customer to build a technology partnership, to ensure that offered technical solutions support the client’s strategic, long-term plans and vision. Take ownership of the IT/network strategy and solution delivered by the organization at an account level. Employees assigned to this job are expert level individual contributors, with leadership responsibilities for others’ work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver presentations on technical solutions to client and technical team, as well as capture and communicate client-specific best practices and lessons-learned using knowledge management tools and professional relationships
• Lead other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluate design and architecture issues, as well as increase integration of services delivered, and research current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements
• Recognized as an industry and in-house expert
• Provide in-house expertise to other practice areas of the organization
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, presents technical white papers

Requirements

• FAA Clearance
• Education:  BS, Experience: 16+ Years, PhD 11+, MS 14+, HS 20+
• Broad technical expertise across multi-platforms and multi-vendor operating environments, including data centers and distributed computing environments
