Provide counsel and advice to organization of division management, and plans and directs the functions of general and cost accounting activities, payroll, and financial planning and analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial analysis activities and provide for the analysis and interpretation of past, present any indicated future results of the organization, relating to sales, costs, profits, and rate of return
• Manage and provide for financial planning and budget preparation and follow up controls and comparisons relating to both short-term and long-term plans for business unit
• Manage design and implementation of financial information systems, seek ways to improve financial reporting and controls
• Provide information support for the preparation and filing of tax returns
• Manage general and cost accounting activities in performing all general ledger functions and keep custody of accounting books, records and forms
• Manage payroll activities
• Oversee preparation of internal accounting and financial reports for management and directors
• Manage preparation and timely filing of all accounting and financial reports for governmental and regulatory agencies
• Annually develop departmental objectives and recommend short-term and long-term plans with respect to improving the effectiveness of assigned functions

Requirements

• FAA Clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree; Experience: 16+ Years, PhD 11+, MS 14+, HS 20+
