Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to provide highly reliable, highly credible professional expertise to support AFCEC/CI’s global Customer real property accountability and installation management mission
- Support the various administrative tasks required in task management, time keeping and in federal reporting requirements
- Schedule meetings, develop/duplicate presentation materials, create agendas, review/edit documents, and take/file meeting minutes at the client’s request
- Potentially be assigned tasks that require the contractor to learn the government programs in order to complete
- Maintain the AFCEC/CIT SharePoint site per management directions
- Manage the AFCEC/CIT file plan
- Use government furnished laptops and software in order to attend meeting via various types of web based and software programs offered by the Customer as well as to perform updates in the systems/software used by the Customer
Requirements
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Suite
Desired Skills
- Experience working with the Department of the Air Force (DAF) or Department of Defense (DoD)
- Technical writing and/or editing experience
