We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to support onsite planning and deployment of VxRail, and provide limited training and D2D VxRain administration. Scope of tasks include HCI Residency as well.

Ideal Skills/ Big Plus: Using Horizon, assist moving Win server/domain controllers, CAC (for ease of access)

 

VMware Platform Management(VxRail) – Install, configure, and support vSphere (8.x), NSX T/NSX V, vSAN, and related services.
Hyper Converged Systems – Experience with DellEMC VxRail and Dell product families is a plus. Health monitoring, and firmware upgrades.
Storage Operations – Manage block and file storage solutions (Dell/EMC preferred), perform LUN provisioning, file system administration, and data protection tasks.
Network Integration – Configure and maintain top of rack (ToR) switches, VLANs, and NA IP routing required for virtual networking and storage traffic.
Security & Hardening – Esp VxRail Stig and Dell ToR Switches conduct regular vulnerability scans and remediation.
Documentation & Collaboration – Produce clear run books, change control records, and knowledge base articles; partner with cross functional teams (application, security, networking) to resolve incidents and implement projects.
VMW Horizon administration/operations
RedHat experience is a plus
