Requirements

• US Citizenship
• OpenShift & Kubernetes Administration
  • Core Platform: Deep expertise in OpenShift Container Platform (OC) architecture, installation (Agent-Based Installer), and CLI usage
  • Multi-Cluster Management: Experience with RedHat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM) for importing clusters, observability, and policy enforcement
  • GitOps: Proficiency with ArgoCD (OpenShift GitOps) for declarative cluster management and compliance
• Virtualization & Infrastructure
  • Hypervisor Tech: Knowledge of KVM/QEMU and OpenShift Virtualization operators (HyperConverged)
  • Bare Metal Management: Ability to work with Baseboard Management Controllers (BMC), IPMI, and Redfish protocols for controlling physical server power and boot processses
  • Migration: Experience converting VMs from legacy platforms (VMware) using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV)
• Networking & Storage
  • Enterprise Networking: Understanding of DNS, VIPs, Load Balancers, VLANs, and firewall rules required for hub-spoke architectures
  • Storage Orchestration: Proficiency with Container Storage Interfaces (CSI), specifically with Portworx, to manage persistent storage for VMs and containers. Knowledge of the iSCSI protocol. 
• Enterprise Integrations
  • Security: Experience with TLS certificate management, PKI, and integrating HashiCorp
  • Vault (via External Secrets Operator)
  • Identity: Configuring OAuth/LDAP for role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Observability: Integration of log forwarding to Splunk and metrics monitoring with Nexus
• Automation & Scripting
  • Lifecycle Automation: Skills in scripting cluster tear-down, provision, and reprovision procedures
  • Ansible: Knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) for automating component configuration
