Candidates must be able to work in the UK time zone. Consultants will be used in a follow-the-sun model (24/7) with Client managing the handoff and task/work coordination (including support response from the customer side).

Responsibilities

• Administration & Operation – Administer, deploy, and maintain OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) on bare-metal on-premise data centers
• Migration Strategy – Assist with the migration of VM workloads from VMware vSphere or Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) to OpenShift Virtualization, using tools like the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV)
• Automation – Use Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and/or Python to automate the migration of virtual machines and related infrastructure at scale
• Mentorship & Enablement – Act as a subject matter expert (SME), mentoring customer teams on best practices for Day-2 operations
• Troubleshooting – Resolve complex issues related to networking, storage, and application integration
