Responsibilities
- Design and build MuleSoft APIs (System, Process, and Experience layers) and integration flows using Mule 4 and Anypoint Studio to connect enterprise systems and data sources
- Implement data transformations and mappings using DataWeave, including handling XML, JSON, CSV, and custom payload formats
- Develop, test, debug, and optimize integration services, ensuring performance, reliability, and adherence to integration best practices
- Configure, deploy, and manage Mule applications on CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-prem Mule runtimes
- Build and maintain integration flows using Mule 4 and associated connectors
- Work with RAML/OAS specifications and implement APIs using API-led integration best practices
- Integrate with databases, SaaS applications, legacy systems, and cloud services
- Develop unit tests, mock services, and reusable components
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's in CS, IS, or related field
- Familiarity with secure data exchange and authentication protocols
- Experience with containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- 2+ years integrating legacy systems with modern platforms
- Experience with message brokers (e.g. Kafka)
- Familiarity with federal data security and governance standards
- Certification in integration
