Workflow Manager II

The team provides support to the front office, workflow administration, and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) system management. The individual is onsite 5 days a week. The Workflow Manager will provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes), and will oversee workflow of products in the Task Manager Tool (TMT) including reviewing for completeness, assigning work products to appropriate Action Officers, monitoring suspense dates, and discussing tasks with leadership as appropriate. 

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review, prioritize, and triage incoming taskers within the Task Management Tool (TMT) and ETMS2 environments across both NIPRNet and SIPRNet. Ensure accurate routing of taskings to the appropriate divisions, monitor task progress, maintain accountability, and track suspense dates to facilitate timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Develop, package, and initiate new TMT taskers on behalf of S3/4/7 leadership. Coordinate and distribute tasks to CFLDCOMS, external agencies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring task requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Support leadership decision-making by participating in meetings, forums, and working groups. Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and deliver status updates, briefing materials, reports, and presentations that communicate tasking status, risks, priorities, and organizational impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage executive communications and review work products. Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and other activities to support A3/4/7 requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with multiple departments/agencies and other functional stakeholders. Facilitate coordination across organizations, resolve tasking issues, provide subject matter support, and ensure alignment of actions with organizational objectives and mission requirements. 
Requirements
  • US Citizenship
  • Fully adjudicated Secret Clearance to start
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (3+ years)
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and foster client relationships (3+ years)
  • Ability to organize and digest complex technical processes to help determine how said processes impact larger strategy (1+ years)
  • Ability to operate within and contribute to meetings, independently
  • Experience with TMT or ETMS2 (1+ years)
