The Sponsor requires subject matter expertise to develop a tool to enhance their signature management capabilities and to integrate the Sponsor's diverse data holdings and to leverage novel AI/ML solutions to support their operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other teams; however, the Sponsor Project Manager will manage the priorities
• Integrate with Sponsor team to develop an understanding of Sponsor data structures
• Build out schema and data models, as required by the Sponsor
• Complete the Sponsor's systems administrator security course (approx. 8 hours of training)
• Provide weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required  by the Sponsor
• Provide briefings, to include presentation slides and user guide documentation, as required by the Sponsor
• Expand the Sponsor's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) architecture and develop an analytics user interface (UI)
• Bridge research output to operational teams by packing models as reliable service
• Create operator-focused dashboards
• Deliver a stable, low-cost productions platform that enables rapid, tailored outreach
• Provide weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required  by the Sponsor
• Provide briefings, to include presentation slides and user guide documentation, as required by the Sponsor

Requirements

• TS/SCI FSP Clearance
• Demonstrated experience/proficiency in Python
• Demonstrated experience with data analytics and transformations
• Demonstrated experience with complex graph database queries
• Demonstrated experience in cloud compute environments
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated experience/proficiency in SQL
• Demonstrated experience with Cypher
• Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), (Lambda)
• Demonstrated experience with Docker
